Healthy Shamrock Shake
Full of vegan pea protein, superfood greens, avocado and the addition of peppermint oil, it not only gives you a boost of nutrition but keeps you full and tastes great.
- 2 scoops Vanilla Arbonne Protein powder 20gms plant protein
- 12-16 oz Unsweetened Almond milk or water
- 1/2 scoop Arbonne Super Food Greens
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 small avocado or 1/4 large For a creamier, milk shake like texture , use frozen avocado
- 1/8 -1/4 tsp peppermint oil
- Ice- more for thicker shake and less for thinner
Options: I also add in Arbonne Multivitamin Multimineral powder, a little turmeric and a pinch of black pepper for turmeric absorption.
For a little extra, top with a small chunk of Good Stuff Cacao or add a dusting to the top using your zester.
