Mix almond butter, honey, coconut oil, sea salt & vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Stir in almond flour, oats, Protein shake mix, dark chocolate chips, and mix well.
Meanwhile, make your chocolate drizzle. Melt chocolate chips on the stovetop, stirring continuously, or microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
If using a silicone mold, fill the cups and top with melted chocolate. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
If rolling into balls, chill the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll. Remove from freezer, roll into balls, place on parchment paper, and drizzle with melted chocolate. Place back into the freezer to set the chocolate.
May be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. They will begin to soften if not kept cold.
