Ingredients

cooked chopped chicken or shredded chicken

Avocado Mayo

rib celery diced

cup
diced pickles
any variety

green onion thinly sliced

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
¼
teaspoon
salt more to taste
⅛
teaspoon
black pepper or to taste
Additional Options: fresh or dried dill
Trader Joes Chili Lime seasoning, chives, red onion, chopped nuts.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add chicken, mayonnaise, celery, diced pickles, green onion, mustard, salt & pepper. Mix well to combine.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
Serve in one half of a red or yellow bell pepper, as a salad topper, or open-faced on a slice of sourdough bread.
