Honey Mustard Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients
Honey Mustard Salmon
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Braggs amino acid
- 1 ⁄2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
Roasted Asparagus
- 1 bunch asparagus spears trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Pan Sear Salmon
- Step 1: Cook flesh-side down over high heat.
- Step 2: Flip once fully browned, about 4 minutes.
- Step 3: Finish cooking in a 400°F oven for 5 to 7 minutes
Roast Asparagus
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place asparagus into a mixing bowl; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
