Honey Mustard Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients
  

Honey Mustard Salmon

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Braggs amino acid
  • 1 ⁄2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each

Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus spears trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Pan Sear Salmon

  • Step 1: Cook flesh-side down over high heat.
  • Step 2: Flip once fully browned, about 4 minutes.
  • Step 3: Finish cooking in a 400°F oven for 5 to 7 minutes

Roast Asparagus

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place asparagus into a mixing bowl; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
